Cape Town Mission Field
7 March 2018
Day 88
Wednesday
Today we had our office meeting which focused on how we are going to manage support for the missionaries in the more distant areas of the East Cape with two Senior Missionary couples leaving us in the next few weeks. These are the Watson's in Port Elizabeth and the Peterson's in Port Alfred.
It will be a logistical challenge that we have to come up with some creative ways to manage.
Elder Courtright ran out and got lunch for everyone. We had Indian food from the Mumbai Restaurant. We had Chicken Hakka, Chicken Tika, Lamb Schwarma, and Garlic Naan. Mmmmm!
Elder Courtright is busy with lease renewals and car issues.
This evening there was a beautiful sunset over Lion's head. See for yourself.
Nice, have you seen the Southern Cross stars in the night sky yet? They are spectacular.
ReplyDeleteNot sure what those are. I'll have to look them up then look for them. Right up the street is the Astronomical Observatory, so I'll have to take some time to visit them. Thanks.
