Day 113
Easter Sunday

Happy Easter!!!
We enjoyed talking to our children and wishing them a wonderful Easter. We found out that Stephanie got a dog, a shepherd/husky mix. We're excited for her and hope the training sessions will pull together a bond between them and their new addition. (I know she said his name, but I don't recall it.)

We enjoyed watching the recorded Priesthood session, since it came on here at 2:00 AM. We then thoroughly enjoyed the morning and afternoon sessions. It was amazing to hear the new changes with regards to Home Teaching and Visiting Teaching converting to Home Ministering. We really felt as Elder Holland did when he quoted Emerson "One of the most memorable moments in life is when we feel the rush of revelation. President Nelson, I don't know how many more rushes we can handle this weekend. Some of us have weak hearts. But, as I think about it, you could take care of that too." Inside joke: President Nelson is world renowned heart surgeon.  LOL.
The new temple announced for some yet to be determined location in Russia was a wonderful surprise too!

Amazing!!!

  1. Oh, when the war is ended,
    When strife and conflicts cease,
    When all are safely gathered
    Within the vale of peace,
    Before the King eternal,
    That vast and mighty throng
    Shall praise his name forever,
And this shall be their song
  1. Victory, victory,
    Thru him that redeemed us!
    Victory, victory,
    Thru Jesus Christ, our Lord!
    Victory, victory, victory,
    Thru Jesus Christ, our Lord!
