  Day 661
Wednesday
Count Down => 25

Today was a super busy day. We started by finishing packing our stuff up and having the Gugulethu elders come over and help us carry our suitcases and everything else down to the Ranger. We prepared breakfast for them then gave them all our leftover food from the refrigerator.
We were busy preparing a phone for the Lebethoa's house keeper and getting everything else prepared for our luncheon at MLC and our departure this afternoon for Port Elizabeth. We had a nice luncheon the cleaned up quickly to return to the office. We tried to wrap everything else up, including baptisms, but we kept getting bombarded by out of the blue issues and questions. We finally charged out of the office into the van as the Assistants took us and the Port Elizabeth elders to the airport. We discovered that Sister Courtright kept her computer glasses on instead of her regular glasses. Oh well, it was too late to go back to the office for them.
We arrived safely in PE and headed to our BNB. We got settled in then headed to the restaurant. We had a great dinner on the patio and we totally ate too much. We had a tough time sleeping because we ate so much. But the BNB was lovely. We really enjoy the Millbury. It's so refreshing and well kept. It is very personal too. Dennis and Jean do a great job. Dennis is so humorous and in his typical fashion started the morning with a joke. He said a man went to the doctor to get the news about his test results. The doctor said "I have bad news and worse news". The man asked "What's the bad news?". The doctor replied that the test results indicated that he only had 48 hours to live. The man then asked "What's the worse news?". The doctor replied "I've been trying to reach you since yesterday".
Our last MLC luncheon

Tartaglia's in Port Elizabeth (great Port Belly!)
