Day 165
Wednesday
We stopped at the print shop at the Howard Center to meet the Assistants who are putting together a yearbook with Sister Courtright's help. They received some guidance from the printer with regards to format changes they should make to ensure a top notch publication. We stopped at the Biltong center on the way out and took a picture of the spinning Biltong rack. Biltong is dried meat. It is similar to our jerky but more popular as a food source. Most is a bit softer and as you can see on the rack the beef here is very thick. Like long steaks hanging out.
Today is our busy day in the office with zone leaders coming in and picking up their supplies for their zone. Then in the afternoon Sister Courtright has to package all the materials being shipped to the East Cape. We had a good group in the office so Sister Courtright had everyone put SMS stickers on the back of Pass-Along cards that have the Elders phone number on it for people to request more information or a DVD about families or request a Book of Mormon. It became quite competitive as to which group was going the fastest. It became quite an assembly line.
