Day 406
Saturday
This morning we were at the outdoor market to pick up fruit for next weeks meetings. We found some pears, grapes, nectarines and banana's. All four boxes were about R350, about $25. Elder Courtright went to the Milnerton boarding to work on the curtains, takes some window and floor plan measurements while Sister Courtright prepared the lunch sacks and fruit for next weeks meetings. The Milnerton boarding's window treatments are now all sorted out. Elder Courtright took the truck down to the River Club to get it washed and vacuumed for next weeks visitors. He then walked back with lunch from the Slug n Lettuce. We had mexican pizza and a fillet steak roll. We cleaned up the shed a bit more. Sister Courtright worked with the Assistants who stopped in later in the day. We stopped at the Pick n Pay to pick up muffins and yogurt for next week. We then stopped home and changed and headed for Signal Hill to watch the sunset. We couldn't get near the top because there were so many people parked all along the road. Apparently the tram was shut down again due to high winds so everyone decided to come over to Signal Hill. We stopped below the top and walked a short distance along a hiking path and watched the sunset to the West as we turned around we could see a nearly full moon coming up in the East over Signal Hill.
