  Day 555
Monday

We got up around 4:00 am to take the Stevenson's to the airport. We were surprised the airport was very busy. We believe it was because it was a public holiday (Youth Day) and many people took advantage to travel. The Stevenson's were heading to Zimbabwe to go to Victoria Falls for a couple of days then back to Joburg to the temple before heading home to Utah. We then stopped at the market around 6:30 am to pick up fruit for this weeks transfers. It was on to the office.
Around 10:00 Elder Courtright went to the airport to pickup Elder Dos Santos. He came to the office where Sister Courtright gave him his English Learning Language test. We then went to the River Club for lunch with the Zenger's, Firth's, and Elder Dos Santos. It was a nice day and we sat on the deck where the golfers use the driving range.
After lunch the President gave Elder Dos Santos his departing interview while we took the Zenger's to Simon's Town to see the penguins. We had a great visit. We learned a lot about the Zenger's. He ran the franchises for the bakery chain called Good Earth. He tended to purchase properties that were for sale rather than lease. They served a BYU service type mission in China teaching English prior to this mission. They are well traveled and have been to Nepal, tramped through Italy, some in the South East Asia. And they trekked along the Chile coast. We dropped them off at the Mission President's home for dinner then returned to the office to wrap up some paperwork. We finally left around 8:30 pm. It was a long long day.
